Yes, we offer delivery within the Melbourne area. Orders over $88 are eligible for free delivery within the CBD & Docklands. For other areas, delivery fees are calculated based on Uber Delivery rates and vary by distance. Please contact us to confirm the exact fee.

Absolutely. Before placing an order, you’re welcome to discuss your preferred style or color palette with us, or simply send us a reference photo. We’ll curate the bouquet to suit your vision using the freshest materials available.

Yes, we offer a range of high-end custom services for birthdays, grand openings, corporate spaces, weddings, and more. Please contact us at least 5 days in advance to arrange.

Our bouquets generally last 5–7 days, depending on the flower types. Some arrangements come with a care card that includes tips on changing water, avoiding direct sunlight, and extending flower life.

q8 Can I cancel or get a refund after placing an order?

Once confirmed, custom floral orders cannot be canceled or refunded. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to assist based on your situation.
